Fire Damage Services We Offer

Emergency Board-Up & Tarping

We act fast to secure your home by boarding up broken windows, doors, and tarping damaged roofs. This protects your property from weather exposure, animals, and potential intruders.

Damage Assessment & Insurance Support

Our trained technicians assess visible and hidden damage caused by fire, smoke, and water. We document everything thoroughly for your insurance company and guide you through the claims process to reduce stress and speed up approvals.

Water Removal & Drying

If firefighting efforts left standing water, we remove it immediately using professional-grade extraction tools. We then deploy high-powered fans and dehumidifiers to dry the space quickly and prevent mold or further structural damage.

Structural Repairs & Restoration

Once the cleanup is complete, we restore your home by replacing damaged framing, drywall, insulation, and flooring. From major reconstruction to final paint and trim, we bring your space back to pre-loss condition (or better).

Our Process

What happens after you call us?

1. Emergency Response (Right Away)

As soon as you call, we dispatch a crew to your property. Upon arrival, we ensure the site is safe, inspect for visible and hidden damage, and begin documentation for insurance. If needed, we coordinate with the fire department to gain entry and assess fire, smoke, and water-related issues.

2. Secure, Stabilize & Begin Cleanup (Day 1–2)

We immediately secure the property by boarding up broken windows, tarping roof openings, and addressing any structural hazards. If water was used to extinguish the fire, we extract it right away and begin drying with commercial-grade fans and dehumidifiers. Salvageable items are carefully packed out for off-site cleaning or storage, and unsalvageable items are documented for insurance claims.

3. Smoke, Soot & Structural Cleanup (Day 2–4)

Our team uses specialized cleaning agents and HEPA vacuums to remove soot and smoke residue from every affected surface—walls, ceilings, floors, and HVAC systems included. Because smoke travels far beyond burn areas, we clean from top to bottom to ensure no lingering odors or contamination remain.

4. Repairs, Restoration & Final Walkthrough (Day 3 and Beyond)

Once cleanup is complete, we repair and replace damaged materials like drywall, insulation, framing, and flooring. After all cosmetic finishes are restored, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets our standards—and yours. Your comfort and satisfaction are the final step in getting life back to normal.

Frequently asked questions

Can my home be fully restored after a fire?

In most cases, yes. With today’s advanced techniques, we can remove even deep-set smoke and soot, clean surfaces thoroughly, and rebuild damaged structures. We operate with a "restore over replace" mentality whenever possible, which often saves time, money, and preserves the character of your home.

How long does fire restoration take?

Timelines vary depending on the extent of the damage. Smaller fires may take one to two weeks to address, while larger restoration projects can last several weeks or even months. We work efficiently and coordinate every step to minimize downtime—without ever sacrificing quality.

Will my insurance cover this?

Most homeowner’s insurance policies do cover fire damage. We always recommend contacting your insurance company right away, and we’ll assist with documentation, photos, and itemized reporting to make the claims process as smooth as possible.

Is it safe to stay in my home after a fire?

Unless the fire was very minor, it’s generally not safe to remain in the home. Lingering smoke, airborne soot, and structural concerns can pose health and safety risks. If needed, we’ll advise on temporary relocation and prioritize the work required to make your home safe and livable again.
