It all starts with a conversation. After you reach out to us, we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to discuss your needs, ideas, and budget. We’ll inspect the site (for remodels) or review your lot and plans (for new Remodeling) and then provide a detailed, transparent estimate at no cost. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and understand what the project will involve before we move forward.
Once you decide to proceed, our team gets to work on thorough planning. During this phase, we finalize the scope of work, help with material selections, and take care of any necessary permits or approvals. You’ll receive a project schedule so you know the expected timeline and milestones. This preparation stage ensures that once Remodeling begins, everything goes smoothly and there are no surprises.
With plans in place, we break ground (or begin demolition for remodels). As your general contractor, Structure Services Inc. manages all subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.), coordinates deliveries of materials, and supervises daily work on site. We keep you updated with regular progress reports and are always available to address any concerns. Our team maintains a safe and orderly job site and enforces our quality standards at every step. Through our efficient management, we aim to finish on time and with exceptional results, all while keeping the process as hassle-free for you as possible.
Upon completion, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you. This is your chance to see your new or improved space in detail and ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned. We’ll gladly address any last touches or adjustments needed. We stand by the quality of our work, so we also explain any warranties on workmanship or materials. Even after we hand over the keys or declare the project complete, our support doesn’t end—we’re just a phone call away if you have questions or need anything else. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to enjoy your newly built or remodeled space with complete peace of mind.
